I sent two parcels in Milan December 21, 2019 (Saturday). The owner told me that Monday would be parties and would not arrive by Christmas. On December 27, I received the phone call thanking you for parcels. P. S. positive experience, rapid packs although shipped last second.

WORST EXPERIENCE !!! They sent the package to the wrong address instead of in.piemonte they sent it to Emilia Romagna. Shipped on 20/12/2019 arrived at destination on 07/01/2020 package all broken and content to be thrown away. The rude owner.
