Terrible experience because it is not possible to take advantage of a single window under Christmas .... if the staff is missing, it would be necessary to hire it at least during peak periods or provide for on-call personnel. This office should serve the population of different Valpantena countries

I mean ... I can't pick up a registered letter from my husband if I don't have the proxy and a copy of his document ... and the registered MIA is delivered to who knows who by mistake? With which signature? With what document? Are we joking? I'm pissed off! And you called my mom to contact me, why didn't you know how to track me down ??? But are you there or do you do it?
