I relied on “We assist you” because I needed to make a transfer for a critically ill patient. The guys who followed me from the beginning of my request were very kind, helpful and super professional. I had very tight deadlines to make this transfer and they helped me in every way to make it feasible. My difficulty was due not only to the time factor but also to the fact that the ambulance needed a doctor. In less than 4 hours they solved all my problems. The medical staff was available and professional and evident not just, had a more unique than rare humanity. Reliability and seriousness!

I contacted ASSISTIAMOTE on Wednesday for an urgent transfer on the same day 700 km from the patient's residence. Upon confirmation by Mr. Armando, at 22.00 on the same day they picked up the patient aged 75 and the journey began with the 'ambulance. Excellent preparation. During the trip, carried out in the middle of the night, they gave a telephone reference for family members in order to have news. Really trained and human staff, especially when you entrust a parent with covid in a not very serious but serious form. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. GIANLUCA for having answered the repeated phone calls made by the children during the trip. Great experience.

Although I had to cancel the transport the day before due to travel problems, they were very friendly and correct. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for seriousness and reliability.

I found great professionalism, but not only: all the staff involved showed themselves to be very human, close to the needs of both the transported and the family members. This, in my opinion, gives something more, which does not mean superfluous, but belongs to the substance of things, to doing one's job always trying to improve ... chapeau!
