My review is based on my experience as a "recipient" of the shipment. I gave the maximum score because during my shipping practice there were problems both of timing and communication with the courier chosen by the sender (nexive) due to the negligence of the courier branch itself, but I still had a pleasant experience because the appointees mbe have proved extremely available and have been able to help me to the maximum of their abilities.
