Do you need information? No one answers.. I wonder why in the other post offices in Valle d'Itria they are friendly, helpful and answer the phone, while in Locorotondo, no!

You have to change staff !!! I am always at home, I was waiting for parcel of Latvia, followed by application. WHAT REASON TO LEAVE NOTICE ??? DO NOT EVEN DOOR ENTRY PHONE !!! You have to go to other countries of Europe to see how it should work.

Arrival at 12.45 on Saturday; I find the door open, I go to the car to reserve my shift, but I am stopped by a "gentleman" who, with a scorned face and tone, tells me that the office is closed. I wonder: why not lock the doors? I still ask myself: does it cost so much to be a little more polite?

I put a star, but I'd put 0! Almost two hours straight to make a registered letter. Those who arrived later went ahead thanks to the bancoposta or I don't know what other devilry. Employees, after each client, they took some time (there were only 3). Horrible experience!
