Interminable waits (without reservation of course), booking online instead never had any problem. The lines are often self-managed so it's not enough to just arrive and take the number. Often I have had to deal with rude staff, I don't mean those behind the counters, very understanding, but just some people in the main room. The director is a very kind person and of her word, she has been of great help to me several times.

I would say inhuman staff ... After waiting two hours. One comes out saying ... gentlemen it closes .... I hope to never go there again even if I am from Bolognetta ... as a vote I would give much less than zero

Incompetent employees, the mail in the districts of Bolognetta does not arrive or arrive after months, as they lose the mail. A shame
