A year ago due to the incompetence of a post office employee (some are very good, this was new) I was tricked into making a specific shipment to make a return. According to the employee, his other colleagues had tricked me into recommending a wrong shipment. Using the system he strongly recommended, I lost 328 euros. Subsequently also the Director who after having ascertained in front of me and the employee in question, that the employee had made a mistake and that he had pushed me towards a service that was not adequate to what I had requested, promised that he would help me. I waited weeks, even went back to the mail and got one more invitation to wait as he was dealing with it. It goes without saying that everything ended in total nothing and that PayPal never returned my money back. I'm still waiting. I'm sorry for those in there who work hard and professionally.

Rude, rude staff who don't want to do anything. To make a Postepay card it is the fifth time that I go to the office without concluding anything because they always have an excuse (including the manager) saying 'come back next time'. Cut the salary of these people who do nothing from morning to night and waste time for people who really work! Shame on you!

Update on the traceability of a non-existent registered letter, at 11.00 it was found to be in progress in Padua while at 12.07 the postman tried unsuccessfully to deliver it. Tried the recovery in the afternoon by going directly to the Spilimbergo Post Office without any result as no one could indicate where the postman in charge of the delivery was or where the registered letter was.
