Excellent service on returning the car by Talal, he was polite, friendly and professional. Also the lady with blond hair at the service desk was also amazing! Cars are all Covid cleaned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Never had such a terrible experience with rental company. I have been charged for first day of rental of car, although the rental did not have a car for me. I was late for collection before midnight. I have arrived early next day to collect it and it was surprisingly gone! I have tried to contact them before booked collection that I would be late but noone would pick up the phone. The rentalcars.com that I did reservation through was not helpful either. Watch out for scam!

Do not rent from Locauto. This is an absolute scam filled company. While in Italy for work we rented a car for a few days. Upon returning home we were notified they would charge us an additional €400 for a scratch on one of the tire rims. We naturally contested this outrageous claim but the amount was deducted from our card anyway. First of all, it was a scratch on a tire rim(!), most likely there before we ever set foot in the car. Second, we had taken out full body insurance but they told us that this did not cover the tire rims. Absolutely criminal business practices. They will probably respond to this review on here and ask us to please contact customer support to help resolve this issue (what they write to every 1 star review on here). We already did this and they stand by their €400 claim. There are plenty of bad reviews for Locauto on here, we hope our contribution saves anyone else from this awful experience in the future. [UPDATE 13/10/2020: As expected they respond to our review, writing to contact their customer support, which we already did! They're just trying to save face with their reply.
