I received a good car though unfortunately requiring routine servicing during rent period. This made me waste half day. Service at the counter kiosk is good and contacts with the company over phone is straightforward and responsive. Overall good experience.

I rented a car at MXP Terminal 1. My car was not ready so I got an upgrade for the same price. Until this point, everything was fine. But, the guy at the office told me that the car is not completely refueled... not a problem and I have been told to return back the car with 3/4. I returned the car with more than 3/4. Guess what? I have been charged for not refueling the car!!! Of course, I sent a complain to the customer service but no answer so far.... which is not surprising me.... I ma not trusting them anymore and that was probably the first and last time that I booked a car with sixt.

All the personnel I met were really warm and helpful. My special thanks to the guy who gave us the car - you felt like talking to a friend, but on same time all the process was ongoing. This is highest level of service. He also shared some eating and driving tips. If possible then would give one star over maximum possible 👍 Also the car return was easy when you followed the signs and the lady at car return desk was very friendly. Overall I feel it does not matter if you rent car from SIXT in UK or Italy you always get top service.

This has got to be the best car rental experience I have ever had. The staff at Malpensa made it so enjoyable and effortless, and were very attentive and helpful. They did it all with a smile on their faces (though hidden by a mask). They were helpful and attentive, and made the experience smooth and light. Sixt; take care of them, because they take care of your clients!

Friendly staff who cares only selling more than you initially planned offering at first an awful car and right after a wonderful upgrade which will not meet your expectation at the end of the rental period. Furthermore if you complain, none will come back to you with an explanation on the charges and you’ll have (miserably failing) try to contact their customer service.
