Maggiore Car Hire Airport Malpensa 2000

Temporarily closed with a sign saying to go to Avis. The person on the Avis desk told me that Maggiore weren't working and rudely dismissed me. So I had to go to another car hire company and pay more for a smaller car At no point did Maggiore contact me to tell me they were closed prior to my arrival. Terrible, terrible service.

Rental and return was smooth. Although the car provided was not the same as I asked and paid for online, it was more or less the same size and was a new one. Downside, I'm still waiting for the receipt via email (it's been 48hrs and I emailed with no response from them)

Friendly and helpful stuff, however the prices are not so clear ... Usually when you receive the invoice you and check it only you expect that the price you see is the price you get. However, with great surprise I had to pay something like 300 euros more tax when I arrived ... Next time eurocar or anything else. This company is not even Italian anymore so you are not even supporting the Italian economy. Not racomanded

The worst car rental company I have ever had the displeasure of using while traveling. Treated badly from start to finish. Rented an additional item which was defective, notified them the first day and the last day. Completely ignored and still charged for it. Don’t rent from this company.

Be aware you WILL be charged for hidden charges take a look at the other reviews, they are not making it up. Near 600 euro for four day car hire!! You have been warned. ☝️
