Europcar

We stopped by one day early just to take look if everything is finde with our contract (singed online from germany weeks in advance). Closed, no one there. The day after, when we got the car, everything worked fine for us, even though no one spoke english or german. No parking disc (disco orario) was found in the car! That should be standard equipement, especially in italy.

I was able to rent a car at Europcar: no problem and competitive price. Very close to the Rovereto train station. The manager is very kind and helpful.

A truly positive experience. The staff is very professional and willing to help in all circumstances, even to solve rather complicated problems. What to say? The service exceeds perfection !!! I have rented a car several times and have always been very satisfied with the vehicles too. Furthermore, the office is a 10-minute walk from the train station and is very convenient to reach by car. Many thanks to all the staff!

Bad experience, we arrive at the car rental and we do not find the car we booked and paid in advance, but a lower category and also petrol, my booking dates back to 20 days ago, they would have had plenty of time to warn me of the impossibility that I have the car that I paid in advance and that in the end I didn't receive. No more Europcar Rovereto never again Europcar in general. I hope to at least receive an apology and a refund.
