Too many files, non-smiling staff, it almost seems that they are doing you a pleasure to serve you, not akin to explanations

I was in this post office during a vacation to send a package of work documents. I have to say that I waited 20 minutes for my shift having about 15 people in front and 3 active branches. No problem with the queue as it is managed with highly functional automated systems. The restaurant is air-conditioned and has an adequate number of seats. These aspects have made the most sustainable waiting. Once my turn came, the staff did everything necessary to reduce the time of the service and provide me with what I asked for. In my case I was provided with a box of adequate size and strength for my package of documents to be sent. I was offered a shipment with delivery in 1 day with online tracking from the post site using a code that was provided to me. I have always been very critical and categorical with the Italian post office. Here I changed my mind. I found a personal, efficient, human, friendly. Very good! (all female staff). The price of the complete package shipping is absolutely convenient. I could pay with a credit card. I have been given receipts for every transaction and every shipment. All precise and traceable. I was very pleased.

Post office quite good, friendly and helpful staff although not very competent, especially if you ask them technical questions. The branches are always occupied by a number of operators proportional to the number of customers present.

For a tourist resort, the counters should be open in adequate numbers. Long times.
