Last Saturday after 1 hour spent inside the post office they were unable to open a post office book, and despite all the rudeness of the manager was indescribable. I'll never set foot in there again.

I am baffled by the rude of the branch manager. Such people should not be working on the public. Please Poste Italiane, of which I have been a customer for years, to check !!!
