IGNORANCE and ABSOLUTE RUDE of employees! Long waiting times! I would have voted even less than zero because the management is really bad !!! The employees are all really arrogant and rude. Total lack of professionalism: employees are paid only to chat about their business and respond badly to customers !! A truly shameful thing !!!

We go in to send a parcel abroad, they tell us to wait because the shift change is in progress, in the meantime, 2 more people are needed before us making us skip the shift and then they tell us to take a new number. To all intents and purposes, shameful.
