I waited 1.5 hours for my shift and instead sent home without being able to make payments! Obviously, the worker has nothing to do with it, poor thing. There is only one person in there plus every 3 by 2 computer that doesn't work! Bad service. I would add that it was the second time I was trying to make payments by queuing for a long time!
