Postal services are better managed in the third world. People are herded like beasts OUTSIDE the post office (in the face of Covid) and out of solidarity they have adapted by devising a method for recording shifts. I simply had to pick up a package and to pick it up I marked my turn at number 84 (nowhere in the world does correspondence have a queue but oh well), half an hour after the office closed we were still on shift 54.
