It is not possible to book the tiket since we are in an emergency Pandemic this post office is unable to provide a satisfactory service also the info on the opening hours -closing is not updated and is open until 18.30 - obviously the Regional Management is not interested in making it work well the agencies let alone the Head of the Headquarters. Certainly the Italian Post Office does not make a good impression on us and therefore we should not be surprised if it is then attacked by the media and sanctioned by the guarantor for the question of registered letters not delivered in due time. I hope that some managers take the company's problems to heart and intervene to improve all services. Thank you

Terrible experience, only two open counters, and no preferential queue for recommended. Two hours and more to pick up. A shame. It's 1:00 pm and we're still out waiting.

it is simply shameful in 2020 to find so much degradation! outside the post office a mass of people (at least 35) sweaty and incXXX in turn from dawn, 2 people max enter; a post with potential 7 branches work 2/3 of them. Bookings from the app are almost impossible to take. One shift for everything, so a person who has to collect a registered letter has to do hours and hours in a row with the risk of not concluding anything.With the excuse of the Covid emergency practically nothing works instead of enhancing the booking services they have them practically zeroed ... as if people's time was worth nothing and only theirs counted. In a civilized country such a thing would not exist and above all the director would have to go and look for another job. SHAME!!!

To withdraw 1 registered letter, I went to the post twice in vain, the registered letter on the 4th and 6th day still did not have it in the post, even the registered letter in a smart-working version.

On the internet it is open until 19.05 instead of 16.30 and closed. Thanks for the waste of time ..
