Infinite waiting times, only one employee who unfortunately does what he can.

Mail open until 1.45pm. By 13.35 .. we have 10 minutes left to close to carry out a quick operation (send an amazon return package). The clerk tells me with a rather tired air (the one who is always there, but today I am in 2): mmm ... what should she do? I say: send an amazon package with everything already printed at home. (There are 5 minutes between doing everything because amazon returns already prepare printed sheets to take to the post office) Employee: ah .... eh .. we are in closing .. Me: (in the meantime we waste time talking) .. I do .. it's 13: 37..close at 1.45pm ... do you do it again or not? Just to know otherwise I go somewhere else. Employee: yes yes we do but I pass it to my colleague. Then I pass by his colleague and maybe he sees me a little "scazzata" ... So I didn't say anything to her anymore and I was doing things with her colleague and the clerk is still doing me ... "I didn't say anything bad to her then" What do you want? I have no longer responded to education. Anyway, ok they will have been busy but it's always like that. Then I had gone 1 minute from closing but then you have to close at 1.45pm or am I wrong? More than anything else I also came back another time ... but it is education or how to say things, for me it is an important thing ... then everyone can think of it the way they want.
