I find that keeping an agency open only in the morning is now an anachronistic service. To pick up a simple registered letter in stock, you must take the work permit. The solutions would be two or bring the stocks where they also work in the afternoon or open the service even in the afternoon ... otherwise it is better that these agencies so small and of little use to the citizen close.

The office should also keep open in the afternoon as other shops do and also seen the amount of public that normally exists. Kind staff. Small.

My experience has always been negative. I'm going to pick up a package not even good morning and goodbye. Last time I had to return a package and the young lady tried to get it through the door, almost breaking the contents of it. But what problem do you have ?! Every time rudeness, snorting staff and no customer respect. I go there only when I have to pick up recommended and parcels.
