Most of the staff are slow, rude, indifferent and incompetent. Long lines for hours with an open door ... I only give a star because there is no possibility of giving 0.

Worst post office ever with really annoying staff

I only go there if under threat.

A star to save a part of the staff that is almost always kind and helpful. For the rest there is nothing to save: reading the phone while you wait to do the operation, kindness not received and no availability. What about professionalism? I always managed to pay a bill and send a registered letter. You just have to hope to get the right number, a bit like playing the goose. To tell the truth, sometimes even users suffer from arrogance and lack of education. But this does not justify any lack in the service offered.
