I go to send a package with folded books and the lady tells me that the package I have is not good because it is not properly closed, to prove it she opens the package on the side of the closure with glue showing me that now the package is open. I point out to the lady that if she did not open the closed package properly ruining the glue there would not have been this problem but she says that it must still be opened for postal control, I repeat that it seems to me more a problem that I did not take the container from the post office but in the tobacconist's but she says it's not true. she sends me to a tobacconist because I have to buy a reinforcement closure of the package just opened by her, which needs something to keep the package closed, something to put on and off. I go around all the tobacconists, newsstands in San Giovanni but no one has the required gadget. whereupon I buy a clip with safety closure I go back to the post office, I go back to the same line as before, which disputes the closure because it is too heavy. I would like to point out that the other times in the other post offices all these problems have never existed to which the lady miraculously sends me the shipment. first and last time I go to this post

I wonder what 8 counters are used for when yes and no "work" in 3 ... provided that 1 of the 3 has no problems, if the 2 stop to help the colleague in difficulty. Standard pause with walk between one user and another. What happens in the back or in the offices is not known, certainly vital things since they do not even answer the phone. ALL with the users, due to CoViD, to queue outside, standing, in the elements. A little respect, at least in this period, would not hurt. Perhaps it would be appropriate to remind him who, in the end, pays his salary and how many would gladly do that job which, it seems, they despise ... but which, for convenience and arrogance, they hold fast.

Does not work. Few branches. Slowness and unnecessary chatter from the staff. The rudeness of the people, who cannot queue properly, does the rest! With the covid, while the stupid ones wait outside, the smart ones pass by, take the ticket and skip the line.

TO AVOID !! incompetent and rude staff! it seems they are doing you a favor to work! In addition to the fact that they can't even send a package or a letter !! I wonder how certain people were hired ... Every time I have to go downtown or other posts in neighboring municipalities because they can't work !! If I could give less than a star I would give it.
