I have had the opportunity on several occasions to compare myself with the current Director of VR 18. I have always found competence, courtesy and patience. The staff could be strengthened on Saturday, due to sustained user turnout.

Always queue. Sometimes one stop shop and dozens of people lined up. Comfortable as a position but not at all enhanced by Italian post offices. Completely inadequate for the catchment area involved.
