For 12 months they made me follow the wrong procedure for the refund of an insured shipment, making sure that it is so impossible to ask for a refund in the right procedure because the terms have expired. Lost 160 euros, hours between the queue at the entrance and talking to the manager L.B. , and generated a lot of mood! completely discouraged, if you really have to go, you might as well read and learn the regulations by yourself because when they ask you they will give a damn to you without the slightest respect, and yet they will take you by the way when you point it out!

I'm going to pick up a registered letter. I make the digital signature on the minitablet and the lady tells me that my signature cannot be read well!?!? But have we got to the point that I have to change my signature? Are we kidding?

Always kind and fast. The slowdowns that so many review are due to the "customers" not to the staff! Even the cleaners are always at the top.
