When I went to replace the batteries of my wrist watch (wicca and WIRED), I was told, "We cannot replace the batteries of those manufacturers." Certainly, the note says that it is limited to SEIKO, CITIZEN, Casio battery replacement ……. However, wicca is CITIZEN and WIRED is a SEIKO wristwatch .... The makers are the same, only the names are different. I explained, but I can not do one point. He didn't deal with me at all. When I checked later, even if I could not replace the battery on the spot, it seemed that there was a service that asked the manufacturer of the brand to replace the battery. ...... You didn't have any explanation? If you can't do it, you can't do it, not just "I can't do it." I will never go to such an appropriate hospitality business again. There is no lack of service.
