This is our very frequented store for maintaining our fish tank. We started in Japan and got a lot of support from the very nice and helpful owner of the shop. It is highly competent people that do not just sell, they also want to make sure you are satisfied with your solution. This shop is not a chain and therefore giving a totally different customer experience.

I want to give this shop a good review as the plants and tanks are beautiful, but one of the women staff members working there was extremely rude and unwelcoming (unlike the Shibuya H2). Shame. Won’t be going there again
