This is a really unique Shrine. It boast of multiple acres of lush greenery and multiple prayer spots for Shinto believers. Its a place of prayers as well as sightseeing. You gotta go to this Shrine if you visit Japan!

A must visit shrine. One of Japan's most important and oldest shrines. Be prepared to be here for hours. So much to see!

One of the biggest Shrine that I have visited here in Japan. The land area is quite big so you have to be patient to walk. They big Japanese flag here.

That’s the famous Izumo Taisha ;) It’s quite big, many people. But it’s not the kind of place where I feel connected with the gods or spirits.
