One of the best history museums I have ever been to. They keep it interesting and simple so it is easy to understand. They even have an app to act as a multilingual audio guide. Best of all, it's free.

I came here for sightseeing in Saitobaru Burial Mound. What surprised me was that it was free. Thank you for being such a large facility. The exhibition was also good. The universal design made me feel that it was kind to people, and above all, I was impressed by the fact that I could touch earthenware. There were surprisingly light pottery and heavy pottery, but I felt that I was able to get a deeper understanding of ancient times by touching it like this. Also, because of Kyushu, it was interesting to feel that the pottery excavated in Miyazaki had a lighter pattern than those in Kita-Kantou and Nagano Niigata. The stereoscopic image of the side-hole type stone chamber, which is the best sight to see, was also interesting, and the rusted sword was very beautiful, making it easy to understand the image used in ancient times. I didn't know Hayato, so I learned. The last archaeological booth was detailed and I couldn't read everything without slow time, but it was interesting to be able to read various things such as human bone reproduction, illness, and murdered people. I'm sorry I couldn't. The feeling seen from the 3rd floor was also very good. It was nice to take it home if I used a pencil to write my name as a measure against corona at the time of admission, and it was very noisy because I was doing it until 17:30. I wanted to go to the Goods department, but I regret that I couldn't see it when the store closed at 16:30. I don't know if the goods department is at that time because of Corona, but I thought I wanted to be told when I entered. it was very good. I definitely want to go again.

A museum full of highlights. The archaeological peculiarity of South Kyushu is well understood. You can touch the real thing such as earthenware. A place where you want to take time to tour.

A very nice museum! It's free, so I'm crazy. There is a cafe on the upper floor, and you can overlook the Saitobaru Burial Mound ♪

I was able to visit the large archaeological museum for free. The explanation version displays the wording of the museum's unique interpretation. I felt new. For those who are interested, there is not enough time to read all the notices.
