IF YOU DON’T WANT YOU PLANS TO BE RUINED BOOK YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. Stop accepting reservation if you don’t have cars available!! I did my first reservation at the different location through their official website today, upon arriving they said that they don’t have cars available. Then I made a second reservation on the same day at the different location, the outcome is the same. They accept my money but refused to provide the car, what a terrible customer service. Now I ended up with no car and two paid in full reservations, I need my refunds ASAP!

Bad customer service. Online reservation and payment made and they say they do not have cars available, employees with a bad attitude, eating, talking and without a mask
