Terrible experience! I had to test three cars: the first, I returned it for all the bumps it had, the second for problems with the fuel pump. When I finally thought that everything was finally fine, I returned the car and there was a gasoline debt from the previous car that did not allow me to check out until I reached my destination. The only thing I rescue is Alan's support but in general a disastrous experience.

As always an excellent service !! of course as a client you must pay attention to what you hire! since suddenly we confuse some rules, I also recommend making reservations on the official Europcar website and not through the so-called "Brokers" or intermediaries that are usually announced when you purchase an air flight, with these only in seasons of high demand! Personally, my experience has always been very good! Above all, they charge you what is fair and what they advertise on their WEB page, nothing hidden. my recent rentals in Hermosillo Son. and Mexicali BCS México convince me of the quality of service of Europcar México, and a special recognition to C.
