This airline is as corrupted as Mexico itself, I put the wrong person on the itinerary and they charged me well over $100 to have the name switched even though I had insurance!!! If by all means you are traveling to Mexico fly other airlines. I thought this one had great customer service but that was BS a simple name change for $100 I wonder what a bag of peanuts will cost me on board?

Terrible service first they say that it arrives at an hour they make you go around the airport then they leave with that at 11 o'clock the flight arrives and after Marco and that until 12 o'clock to be able to pick up at 1 am. on their website you cannot track your guide number and something else first tells you that they have a refrigeration chamber and later you find out that they do not have, I do not recommend them at all
