Very good service

Very bad service from the driver who took the route from San Miguel to Celaya today 11/01/2019 at 8:55 pm. The problem is that he treats us passengers disrespectfully with a vastly high tone of voice and does not stop where one asks him to, he stops much earlier and brakes in a brutal way.

Terrible service ... my package arrived in another city and I never saw it again. I do not know if they think if they can not offer a good service better they do not have it or they do not offer it
