Very disappointed. We have been in Chetumal and in Puebla at the restaurant. There it was great, here very poor and expensive. The room was worse. The bed was hard and old. The blankets were very uncomfortable. The sofa was old and smelly. The table was old and broken. We had to request a fridge because it wasn't working properly. Customer service was good to a point, they need training. Customer is first. The bathroom was the only thing good. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Very nice looking property from the outside and decent looking lobby and general areas. The rooms are dated with comfortable beds and pillows and a big screen tv.

2+ hours waiting at lobby for my reserved and paid room. The lobby was clean

Hotel clean and beautiful...the staff is awesome and the pool was really great
