Clean, quite and comfortable, they offer you kayaks and bikes for free which is cool but they're not in the best condition. Common areas are not amazing but you can manage to chill there. If you don't have a method of transportation you have to pay a taxi to go to all the restaurants and bars

Expensive for what you get. Breakfast includes toast, fruit, cereal and coffee. Upper beds can be uncomfortable because there's not enough space. I hit my head twice. Not proper outlets. Also A/C is in the wrong position. I received directly the cold air. Overall it was an ok experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. Reception is next to the dorm. A bit awkward. I would suggest you Magic Bacalar Hostel. Cheaper, bigger and way comfy too.
