Rooms so beautiful. Big and very clean staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a beautiful place to stay.

Clean, spacious and close to the beach

If you are in Progresso this is the hotel to stay at. Its small and cozy. The rooms.s are very roomy and nice. Theres a pool and they have a bar as well. The people are so nice.

We stayes here for 2 nights. The room was a suite on the 2nd floor. It was large and airy with a very high ceiling and an excellent air conditioner. Soap and shampoo were provided and the bed was very comfortable. The design and flow of the entire place was simple, classy, and quality. There is breakfast provided, but it is very simple. Mostly cookies and a small assortment of fruit. But the coffee was good and we don't usually eat much breakfast anyway. They have a small pool outside in a lovely garden setting. And the location is ideal, as the hotel is just across the street from a very nice beach. There are also good restaurants within walking distance. We walked to a great Italian restaurant on our first night. There are opportunities for improvement. Having small refrigerators in the rooms would be great additions! I have to keep injectable medication with me that must be kept cold, and so we had to drag around a styrofoam cooler. Very inconvenient. A hose would be a good idea to keep in the front yard or on the porch. Guests could wash the sand from their feet and shoes and keep the floors cleaner. And there is little room for parking right now, just a narrow courtyard on the side of the building.

I came in person to this hotel to select a spacious room for my out of town guests and paid for four nights one month in advance. I then came the day before to the hotel to confirm the room I had selected was still available and ready for my guests. I was told the room was available and waiting for my guests. When we arrived, we were informed the room i had chosen and that had been paid for in advance and confirmed the day before was occupied and not available and would not be available until the next day. We were given a room that was so small that the door hit the bed when we tried to enter with our luggage, and there was no place to put the luggage. There was barely enough room to turn around upon entering. The person on duty was totally unapologetic and rude. He made no attempt to help us into the room. Pretty much 'take it or leave it.' Very, very unhappy with this unprofessional and incompetent service. Will not return. Ever.
