I am writing this message because I want to share sometimes with those of you who are traveling to mexico. 1. The boarder is NOT safe in anyway. There is a lot of people from south America traveling through mexico trying to get into the United States that are seeking for people to rob etc. Do NOT trust anyone on the boarder. 2. Every town and state in Mexico is different. The Mexican people in every town and state is different. 3. The truth is that they do not like us Americans. I do not care what anyone has to say. I spent a great many years traveling all over mexico. If you are white you will never be Mexican no matter how much you think you will be. The country is a good country but the people for the most part a very poor and do not like nor care about you. 4. THR SECTET TO TRAVELING MEXICO IS TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE, KNOW YOUR PLACE, AND STAY TO YOURSELF!! Mexicans in general are not a very educated people. If you want to understand them then you need to know this they are a people of culture and beliefs. And they live with in that frame work and that is what builds their perspective and interpretation of the outside world. 5. The government is absolutely corrupt! Literally anything and everything is for sale in this country.
