Worst airline experience ever. Lost my luggage and have had a nightmare experience ever trying to unsuccessfully get it back. Nobody at their customer service team seems to care. They simply say they can’t help you and give it to the next department who say they can’t help you either before sending you off again with another department to contact, only to find yourself in full circle until you get so fed up you give up. It’s been 7 months and I haven’t received my luggage. I would rather ride a donkey then take this bum airline ever again.

I arrived at 5:00 am and there were enough people for that flight. There was a "nurse type" observing how everyone accumulated and did not take action on the matter, only told them to respect a healthy distance and almost no one paid attention to her. And then not even. They checked the temperature before boarding. 👀😔
