Terrible service like the cadastre offices. Super slow. If you pay your car holdings at the bank with printing from the same portal that prints you to pay, they do not make the payment valid and they do not give you the card because you did not pay at the municipal tax collector, what nonsense, it is supposed to speed up the Procedure. Let's see if they change public servants this year.
