Hotel Festival Plaza Rosarito

Good central location if you're looking to party at very LOUD ear blowing clubs and bars. Not my thing. Good room views of pacific ocean. Check in and check out process is the worst I have ever experienced. This place is a motel not a hotel. Its not worth anything over $20 night. Seriously! The rooms look more like motel 6. I never stayed at a motel 6. At this price range, you'd expect better...way better. If you're into partying then this is central but i think there's plenty of better updated rooms in area possibly. I won't stay here again

I've been coming here since I was a youngster, still a cool place to stay, and the view of the beach is killer. I recommend this spot on the off season, in the holidays good luck with that party crowd.

Worst experience ever , They make the entrance look so nice but the room are not nice & the rooms are so small.The workers are rude , and most of the time they don’t know what they are doing. They don’t welcomed you to the place. I had so many issues with this place. I would definitely not recommend this place!!

I was going to give them one star but I decided two because they tried to redeem themselves by giving us a casita room instead of the penthouse with the jacuzzi and let us stay past 12pm checkout. We had called and reserved the penthouse room with a jacuzzi but when we arrived they had given it to someone else. We were there for our valentine's trip and hang out in jacuzzi but nope. someone else.

So I’m just going to start by saying you probably dont want to stay here unless your out all night partying and barely in the room. There’s no air conditioner. The only option to keep cool is to have the windows open where you hear music blasting into the room all night into the morning. The first night we stayed, the power was off for the whole day. All of this wouldn't of been a huge deal to me to leave a bad review. What I think people should look out for is them looking for reasons to take your $100 deposit. When we checked out of the room, they had us wait in the lobby so they could make sure everything was okay. Before we left my little brother spilled chocolate milk on the floor which we used a towel to clean up. My mom had red hair and went swimming in the pool so Some of it dripped onto the towel and the pillow case. Which if you’ve ever dyed your hair and you’ll know it’ll come off with just water. Originally they tried to take the Whole $100 deposit for two towels and a pillow case. They wouldn’t let us go back into the room even though we checked out hours earlier than The checkout time to show them you can get The stains out easily or just wash them ourselves. They We’re trying to intimidate my mom into thinking we’ve done something horrible to the room. It wasn’t till my cousin who spoke Spanish talked to them about how ridiculous they are being that they changed it to $30. Even then it felt like they ripped us off. They more than likely would of took the whole $100 if we used cash. So thankfully my mom used a credit card.
