Good place in the downtown area of Rosarito. Close to pretty much everything.

Worse customer service ever!!! I arrived after midnight and when I got there they had cancelled my reservation saying I had not arrived on time when I had originally emailed the hotel saying I would be arriving after midnight and they said that was totally fine 😡 don’t book unless you want to be room less with your child. This has never happened to me before if I could rate them zero stars I definitely would.

The staff are great ready to accommodate your need. Buffet healthy fresh made no junk combined. Great security 24/7 you and your automobile. Clean no noise. Located in the centre near Rosarito. It safe area, i don't know about you but for me, i felt safer use to walk around get what i needed from nearby shops and the beach is close by cross the street.

There was no hot water the whole stay. Morning, noon, or night so showers were not happening. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
