I had an unexpected transfer that I had to wait for from 3:25AM to 9AM! They said I would be taken to another bus station(central Station) before my takeoff time which didn't happen!!!!! They brought me late to the station and no seating was available although my tickets were already pre- purchased with GREYHOUND over 2 months ago and I had to wait till 3:30PM for the next bus!!!!!!! This puts me getting to Guadalajara bus station at 3:30AM when I should have been there at 9:30PM!!!!!!!!!By the way my trip started in Houston on 12/22/20 @ 11:30AM today is the 23rd and I'm waiting for my 3:30PM
