My parents were 20 days ago and they had a very bad experience. They are very rude. Those who attend the hotel there is no hot water. They did not want them because of the hot water. almost half an hour the hot water begins to flow out its bathrooms of very poor quality why there is no where to put the soap extremely very neglected the staff in a bad way attends to the lever of the bathroom throws water its drainage is poor there is no internet is not seen the TV does not even have where they can put one their lousy clothes is NOT RECOMMENDED the blanket smelled ugly

Very bad attention even with deposit they did not respect my reservation this because of the increase in the demand for the rooms they sold them at a higher price, a little serious company and nothing responsible, DO NOT TRUST or RESERVE
