I am here in San Juan De Los Lagos on vacation with my husband who is actually born and raised here. We went to telcel to get an extra chip for my iphone so that i could use the dual sim feature. As we walked in, the told us that only one of us could go in. i explained that he was going to see if he could get a sim too and that he was my interperter since my spanish is ok but not to par when out of the usa. The front door person allowed us in and when we get to the information desk to tell them what i wanted and needed, he argued with me on the capabilities of my iphone XS Max. He instructed that i could go back to get in line, only one of us could go. Even when telling him that he (my husband) is who understands better since this is his native language, he didn't budge and said that only one could go. I was so upset and my husband said lets go. I will never go into this establishment ever again. Their customer service is horrid.

Excellent service, I like to pay my telmex and telcel bill in this place because there is never a line. Only in the customer service area due to the pandemic is the service slower since it has few personnel.
