Great place

Wonderful place, I saw a toucan from the sales office. The project is truly exclusive and you can see that it is cared for down to the smallest detail. Innovative, ecological, well located and with great people. The best project in the Riviera Maya in my opinion.

VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY! They are the same developers of the Puerto Aventuras complex, where they have not complied. Space in the Puerto Aventuras subdivision is limited and they still want to give Taema owners and residents access to the complex, causing road chaos and instability in the complex. In his reply, Taema does not deny this. Although the developer of Taema argues that it is not the same as Puerto Aventuras, it would be good to explain the business relationship with the developer of Puerto Aventuras, since the latter is agreeing to give Taema residents access to the complex to the common areas, being that it is well known how small the spaces and the road chaos and coexistence in the community that this would generate. Currently, these problems already exist in the complex. The developer has attacked the booth, ignoring the assembly and will of the owners. Look for news about the Puerto Aventuras complex problem, as well as from the developer and marketer himself; I do not need to describe it here. There are phases of the complex unfinished; visit the park of the Puerto Aventuras complex; public areas, in any subdivision, are required to be delivered by the developer. The developer didn't even take care of the lighting for the complex; it had to be done a posteriori through the administrator and residents' fees. Extraordinary place with a true sense of caring for the environment in balance with luxury and modernity. I was amazed at how they reuse every last stone they dig, they will reserve 3/4 of their entire property for conservation, in addition to their commitment to be 100% independent for their Solar & Zero Emission City.
