Solo aceptan billetes en buena condición y te devuelve con billetes en pésimas condiciones, para el colmo no puedes pedir que te cambie billetes en mal condición porque te dice que ya finalizo la operación. Receive only good banknotes and exchange them into bad banknotes. And if you choose to change the bad state of the exchanged banknotes, there are no other banknotes and the exchange is over and it cannot be returned.
