Me and my family went to Tulum and were looking forward to a great stay. We took a 2 bedroom apartment with the kitchen and everything went beyond our expectations. The Rooms was clean with great bedding and towels. Kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. Grocery store was 7 minutes away, and 5 minutes on the bike. Bikes have baskets, so it's easy to carry groceries. Location is very convenient, we wanted a quiet and safe place to stay. It's perfect as it's half way to downtown of Tulum and relatively close to the beach. The Hotel offered free bike rentals, as well as an option to rent motorcycles. Pool on the roof is amazing, was very clean and we had fun up there. The staff was very helpful with all requests we had. It was an amazing vacation. We were very pleased to stay there. And hopefully will have a chance to stay at this amazing hotel again.

I stayed here during the busy season Dec. 23- Dec. 26 and thank goodness for only 3 nights then changed plans. No hot water most of the time. No ice machine on the property. No drinking water. No windows that open for ventilation. No frills. I give 2 stars because it was very clean and had nice staff. Sergio is an excellent employee that tried to make my stay better. He was quite helpful. If you need anything like a nearby restaurant or market, forget it. Its hard to find on a map especially without GPS. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because fir the price it's a real inconvenience

As you enter this cozy and peaceful hotel, you are greeted by Sergio who was very helpful in every way possible. He was willing to call us cabs at any time of the day and night. The hotel rooftop was a delight. It is a perfect size for the amount of people staying there for vacation. We enjoyed our room with an option to cook if you pleased. We were able to ride bikes (free) to the cute restaurants and hotels in the area. The location is perfect for couples or singles looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation but can also get to Central areas with a quick cab ride for partying and other activities.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Out of all the places we stayed in tulum this was the worst. The hotel is very noisy. The hot water was not working in our room and the water would turn cold after 30 seconds so we couldn’t even enjoy the bath tub or take hot showers. We informed the manager and he was rude and told us “sorry the water doesn’t get very hot” the door handle was broken so the door would just open by lightly pulling on it, which is pretty unsafe in Mexico. This hotel has no restaurant or bar, there’s nothing close to this hotel at all and the staff doesn’t even work here after 5pm, it’s a ghost town. Good luck getting any service or help. They don’t even give you any bottle water for your room, when i asked they told me i had to buy the water myself. They don’t have hotel security. The bed felt like cardboard and i ended up checking out early after the first night and they wouldn’t even refund or credit me for my reservation. All of this was on my girlfriends birthday and completely ruined her birthday experience. This hotel is a joke.

It was a splendid stay with my family. Very different and new to all. It’s so relaxing and clean. staffs are too helpful specially Sergio the front desk receptionist. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and helped us with any questions we had such as restaurants and fun activities that were family friendly. I hope to revisit it soon. My family really enjoyed well for the stay. With the wonderful pool and also the beautiful nature around the hotel. So relaxing and clean environment overall it's a good experience. The sun set point is also nice.
