We booked the Biwa hotel through a third party travel agency and were met with great service all around. Check in was easy, the room was clean, bathroom was very spacious. They had maintenance fix the key on our door right away with no hesitation. Front desk staff were very friendly. The hidden gem is the hotel restaurant. We had breakfast there daily and the man working there Margarito was super super nice. He made sure we were set, gave us recommendations for cenotes and other adventures. We really enjoyed him. The location was really close to so many shops, restaurants, and bars to enjoy. Highly recommend staying here, would definitely come back!

My favorite place to stay in Tulum. A few min walk off the main road. Benny at the reception was always friendly and went out of his way to make our stay even more fun. Also, renting their bikes is the cheapest I've seen.

Great stay, front desk is very attentive and friendly. Nice fast walk to the main strip, and plenty of places to eat on the walk over. I really like that they have bikes in the lobby you can rent, $6 USD /$120 Peso for the day. They also have a restaurant attached for breakfast and the food and juice is really good.

My best friend and I went here for her birthday last year and had the best time. Wonderfully clean, beautiful, friendly staff and lovely amenities. Anyone looking to stay in Tulum should come here!

Centrally located. Within walking distance of shops and food. Short distance to the beach Staff is very helpful and responsive. Onsite restaurant with great food and many options. Rooftop bar not open yet. Great sunlight by the pool. Parking on site. Great restaurants and street food within walking distance. .
