The drivers are good, the service in general too. I did not like that "I should have change" to be able to buy my ticket, when at the box office they should have it, I only had to give me $ 40.00, so I had to get or I would lose the bus. uncomfortable and it has not been the first or second time that they lack change.

The terminal is a small, dirty, old place (it has been years without renewing) the bus stops on the same avenue (there is no parador) and of the bathroom neither to speak. The staff is very slow, incompetent and overbearing. Their tickets are not labeled (they look like oxxo tickets). A nightmare use your service. To be a company with 75 years of experience it feels like a village and clandestine changarro. Not recommended.
