Its business model due to the high demand for the CMDX-TOLUCA route is that the buses make base and leave every certain time or until they are full. Units and first class service but it is a shame that you cannot schedule your departures or buy your tickets online. I don't recommend the double-deck units, uncomfortable and small seats. The 1 floor units are comfortable and everything is working fine.

Normal as transport only that phone they say they do not work if you call and 1 that they can attend the one that gives reports does not know anything

The service is really excellent at a very good price, recently the company renewed its units, by buses much more sophisticated, comfortable and elegant. Although the company opted not to offer Toluca's normal service to the observatory anymore, the price increase is worth it for the services it offers, cleaning the bus, toilets. I do not give it 5 stars because on some occasion I had a somewhat despotic treatment from the Toluca terminal receptionist.

I like this bus line from DF to Toluca and vice versa, they have a good service
