I traveled with Volaris during Covid-19 pandemic; the connection flight had a 1 extra day of delay and many people had to stay in the airport while there were a huge health risk. But finally we flew and they send us a useless voucher that expires in a couple of months. Basically if you had to use that voucher you had to pay lots of money out of your pocket to fly in a pandemic! I called them about this, and told them a voucher in a pandemic is absolutely useless; and they literally said that is all you got :| Their customer service is trash; I do not recommend to fly with them.

Worst customer service they cancel flights and and offer cheaper flights as option.
