This hotel is beautiful. I was very impressed. It's classic, super charming and the rooms are wonderful. I highly recommend. They even allow dogs. Customer service was also great

It was a pleasant place to stay. Beds were comfy and the rooms were cute and spacious. Definitely recommend to stay here. I'd come back for sure.

The location is great. The bed is comfy room is cleanish and quiet staff are friendly and the ac works. Rooms could use a tad update only 1 of our lights worked and the cable box was very noisy while the TV was on. Glad they have a pool. Parking is kind of crazy but free! It kind if smelled musty in our room, and our bed had long hairs on the pillows (maybe the housekeepers who knows?) Its a good budget hotel.

I arrived on my first day and the clerk did not find my reservation and he did not make any effort to figure it out, he simply said "no, you are not here". It was me who fixed it explaining about the booking.com reservation. They also charged a deposit which is never explained in the information they provide before booking a room (they are not transparent). Besides it all, the room was old, in really bad shape. I saw a cockroach while I was eating my dinner at the bar table in my room. On top of that, I was not able to sleep because the rooms are not sound-proof (not even a small required percent), so you can hear loud and clear other guests: when they talk, move over the bed, go to the toilet, shower and do anything; moeover, some guests were making noises at 2:00am which worsened the situation because the walls don't filter noises at all. The room was old and the closet's door could not even close. The bed was old and worn down. I travel a lot and, to be honest, I expected something much better from this hotel per the general reviews, price and location. This review of mine is to help other people to really think before booking anything here, for your own sake. Please read the lowest rated reviews, they all mentione the same patterns that I confirmed here.
